In the following pages, you will be able to browse through equipment and sizes that will be available for rental during dates that you specify.

Our system is designed to ensure accuracy provided that the information is inputted correctly. Please review your order before you submit your reservation.

At the end of the process, you will receive a confirmation receipt and number. A copy of this receipt will automatically be sent to your email address.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION:

*      Reservations must be made 24 hours prior to your arrival to ensure your reservation is in our system.

*      Reservations will be held until store close on the pickup day you specify. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR EXACT SKI/BOARD/BIKE & SIZE due to circumstances that are out of our control. We will make every effort possible to get you on your desired ski/board/bike or its nearest equivalent.

*      You must complete the entire reservation process in order for you to receive a confirmation receipt and be stored in our system.

*      ALL PRICES SHOWN INCLUDE ENTIRE SKI, SNOWBOARD or BIKE PACKAGES. Our Ski Packages include Skis, Boots and Poles. Snowboard packages include a Snowboard, Bindings and Boots. We have 2 levels of Ski Boots and 1 level of Snowboard Boots and each package comes with an appropriate level of boot. If you require boots, we recommend choosing the level of boot that comes with your ski or board package, although you do have the option to downgrade, upgrade or choose no boot at all, if you just require skis or a snowboard alone. Bike packages include a bike and helmet.

*      Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the time you will be receiving/picking-up your equipment or else a fee of $10.00 per skier/rider will be applied.

We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information.2. SECURITY POLICY:
   Your payment and personal information is safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.  All data is processed by PCI compliant servers that further continue to ensure your online safety.

   3. REFUND POLICY:
   We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call us at 575-257-7777 in advance to obtain authorization within 14 days of purchase date.

   All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
